White Topaz, colorless and clear, is actually the most common form of topaz in nature.

Most colored topaz varieties begin as white topaz.

It is an aluminum and fluorine silicate that grows in large, very clear crystals within pegmatites.

Its very clarity has led to famous mix-ups: the great 'Braganza diamond' in the Portuguese crown, over 1600 carats, is now believed to have been, in fact, a colorless topaz.

Over time, white topaz has often been an elegant, more accessible alternative to diamond.

Being colorless, it lets light pass freely and sparkles subtly with every move.

Sourced from Brazil, Sri Lanka, and Nigeria.

Associated with clarity, sincerity, and new beginnings, white topaz is a stone of purity.

With a hardness of 8, it's durable, but should be kept safe from edge impacts and abrupt temperature changes.

Clean it gently and store it separately to preserve its transparency.
