Terms and Conditions for Paid Repairs

Repair Eligibility

  • Products purchased from Indira
  • Products that are no longer covered by the warranty (more than 2 years after purchase);
  • Damaged products: breakage, scratches, deformation, oxidation, loss of plating;
  • Not eligible: incomplete, lost, counterfeit products, or products modified by third parties.

The Repair Process

  1. Access the portal: Log in to your account and go to the “Warranty and Repair Portal.”
  2. Select “Paid Repair” if the product is not covered by the warranty.
  3. Fill in the form: Select the order and the product, describe the problem, and upload relevant photos.
  4. Send in your product: Choose your shipping method and send the parcel.
  5. Assessment: Our team will inspect the product and send you a quote within 2 business days, which will include:
    • Estimated repair cost
    • Estimated turnaround time
    • Notes on any limitations or risks
  6. Confirmation: The repair is carried out only after the customer's explicit confirmation.

Costs and Payment

  • The repair price varies depending on complexity.
  • The round-trip shipping cost is paid by the customer (cash on delivery).
  • Payment is made by cash on delivery or online, according to the option selected in the form.

Repair Time

Repairs are completed within a maximum of 15 calendar days from the acceptance of the quote. In exceptional cases, the customer will be notified.

Repair Warranty

  • The repair comes with a 14-day warranty.
  • If the problem returns within this period, the product will be re-evaluated and repaired free of charge.
  • Defects that appear later due to another cause are not covered by this warranty.

Declined Repairs and Returns

  • If the product cannot be repaired or the customer declines the quote, the product will be returned.
  • The shipping cost will be paid by the customer and settled upon delivery.
  • Parcels sent without a request in the portal or without prior confirmation will be refused.

Care Recommendations

To avoid future costs:

  • Avoid contact with water, perfumes, and chemicals;
  • Do not wear your jewelry while sleeping, showering, or during intense physical activity;
  • Store your jewelry in a dry, clean place.
