Natural stones may present small differences and imperfections in color or cracks, this is not a defect, it is their natural appearance.
We want you to be completely satisfied when you receive the products bought from us. If you are not happy with the purchased products, you can return them and we will exchange them or return the value of the products to you within 30 days from the date of purchase.
In addition, all our products have a guarantee of 12 months from the date of purchase of the product for manufacturing defects.
INDIRA customers will return the purchased products, in the original packaging, together with the invoice and the warranty certificate. For products in which a manufacturing defect is found within the 12-month period, the return of the products will be made at the customer's expense, using the same transport service with which the shipment was made.
Instructions for use and care of jewelry
We recommend that you protect the jewelry from impacts, take it off before going to bed, before taking a bath, washing the dishes or before other similar activities in which the jewelry would come into contact with water, detergents, cosmetic and chemical or corrosive products, for to avoid the falling of stones, the wear of parts containing natural leather or other materials, the oxidation of silver, the destruction of the protective varnish on some silver jewelry.
Each piece of jewelry will be kept in a separate bag to avoid damage by touching.
Silver is a metal that oxidizes, the process being accelerated by contact with moisture. Silver oxidation is a natural process, it is not a defect. Clean plain silver jewelry with a soft cloth, special silver cleaning solutions, to restore its shine. Also, do not use perfumes or fixing spray in the vicinity of jewelry.
Do not glue the fallen stones with "drip" glue or any other type.
Do not expose the jewelry to the sun for a long time, as it may lose its luster or discolor.
This guarantee will ensure that the jewelry is made of silver (the guarantee refers to the fact that the jewelry is made of silver and is marked accordingly) and that it will not change its properties if you respect the general conditions of use, described above.
During the warranty period, if you have a complaint and want to send a product for repair, please make sure that the product is sent together with the tax invoice and in the original packaging.
According to law 449/2003, art. 11 para. 2, the buyer cannot ask for the replacement of the jewel due to the falling of the stones.
Any repair to the products within the warranty period will be carried out free of charge or the product will be replaced, if it is confirmed that a defect in material or workmanship was the cause of such damage, rather than improper use of the product by the buyer .
If the jewelry cannot be repaired, depending on your choice, we can replace the defective jewelry with a similar model, another model of the same value or we can return its value. The guarantee consists in the free remediation of defects occurring in the products within the guarantee period and which are not imputable to the consumer.
