    Calitatea mi se pare ok momentan insa ma deranjeaza partea cu pretul... In Octombrie am comandat inelul la pretul de 1800 lei, iar acum, cand a fost livrat in Decembrie, este la pretul de 1500 lei. Eu inteleg ca se mai schimba ofertele si asa mai departe, insa de ce trebuie sa platesc un pret initial mai mare, iar dupa doua luni cand mi se livreaza produsul sa-l vad la un pret mult mai bun??

    Iti multumim pentru feedback si pentru ca ai ales Indira.
    Intelegem nemultumirea legata de diferenta de pret si este un punct valid. Pretul unei bijuterii este influentat direct de costul materialelor din care este realizata. Aurul, pietrele pretioase si diamantele au preturi care fluctueaza constant in functie de piata, iar din acest motiv preturile produselor noastre pot varia in timp.

    Comanda ta din octombrie a fost procesata la pretul valabil in acel moment, iar pretul din decembrie reflecta o ajustare ulterioara, influentata de aceste variatii si de o campanie activa in perioada respectiva.

    Ne pare rau daca aceasta situatie ti a creat un disconfort. Feedbackul tau este important pentru noi si ne ajuta sa fim mai transparenti in comunicare. Speram ca inelul sa iti aduca bucurie si sa te convinga in timp de calitatea lui.
