Who will deliver my package?

Indira collaborates with the courier company FanCourier to send parcels on the territory of Romania, and for international deliveries with the courier company DHL.

For orders over 200 RON, delivery is free. For orders that do not exceed 200 RON, the delivery cost is 15 RON.

All orders placed before 2 p.m. on weekdays are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2pm are dispatched the next working day. Usually most orders are delivered within 24 hours of dispatch. During busy periods (holidays, Black Friday) the shipping time can reach 4 days.

What can I do if I failed to receive the package on the first try?

In the case of parcels delivered via FanCourier that could not be delivered to the recipient, the courier will make a second delivery attempt.

Of course! For all orders sent via Fan Courier, you can track the status of the shipment by checking the AWB, which you can find in your order history.


Yes! We want all our customers to have only jewelry that they are completely delighted with. If you don't like the purchased jewelry for any reason, you can exchange/return it for free directly from your account.

The jewelry I bought was personalized, can I return it?

Personalized jewelry either at the time of purchase or after it cannot be returned according to GEO 34/2014: art 16, paragraph c).

To be able to offer you a pleasant experience from start to finish, we have created a simple exchange/return process, and in just a few clicks everything is ready. Follow the steps of the return form in your account within 30 days of receiving the jewelry, and we will send a courier to the address you mentioned to pick up the package with the jewelry, and if applicable to bring the replacement jewelry.

Do I need to make a request to a shipping company to pick up the return?

No, this is not necessary. The return pickup request will be placed by us. If you choose to do this, Indira cannot cover the shipping charges of the package.

I threw away the documents accompanying the gem, what can I do?

If the documents received with the jewel are missing, you can send the return without them.

How do I hand over the package to the courier?

It is necessary that the products to be returned are properly packed, both in the jewelry storage box and in the delivery box. The package must be sealed, either by packing it in a delivery envelope or taping it, so that the contents are not lost during transport.

Do I need to print an AWB for my return?

The courier will generate an awb for your parcel as soon as it takes possession.

When will the courier come to collect the return?

Unfortunately, the courier company does not offer the option to schedule the return pickup from customers. Couriers are responsible for managing this aspect.

How will I get a refund for my returned order?

In the case of orders with payment made by bank card or bank transfer, the counter value will be returned to the same account from which the payment was made.

In the case of orders made with payment by cash on delivery, you must provide us with your bank details in IBAN format to be able to return the value to your account.

We will refund the amount you paid for the jewelry as soon as we have it back in our possession.


When it comes to silver, the only alloy we use is 925. Our offer also includes numerous silver jewelry plated with Rose Gold, Yellow Gold or Rhodium. These additional materials give the jewel unique features, starting with the special appearance in the case of Gold, and ending with extra resistance to wear when we think of Rhodium

In the composition of our products you will often find semi-precious stones. They are always natural and of the highest quality, something you can convince yourself of by observing the small peculiarities of each piece of jewelry. Thus, you will receive something unique whenever you choose semi-precious stones.

Also, among the materials we use is gold. Solid or only in plywood, this material has the quality of being particularly resistant to external factors and wear.

Silver, no matter how much it is treated or how well cared for will show traces of oxidation sooner or later. If you notice the marks left by this process on the surface of your jewelry, this is not a cause for concern, but an absolutely normal reaction. A simple jewelry cloth will successfully remove any residue.
