We ship Indira products via our trusted logistics partner DHL Express to all member countries of the European Union and to the United Kingdom of Great Britain.

Shipping Times & Processing

  • Order processing time: 1 business days
  • Delivery time after dispatch: 4–7 business days (varies by destination)
  • Total estimated delivery time: 5–9 business days from the date of order

You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is shipped, so you can monitor its journey to your doorstep.

⏳ Note: Delivery times may vary slightly due to customs procedures, public holidays, or regional courier constraints.

Duties, VAT, and Import Fees

  • For EU countries: All prices include VAT, and no additional duties or taxes will be charged upon delivery.
  • For the UK: We ship on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, so there are no extra fees upon delivery.

This means the price you see at checkout is the final price—no surprises later.

  • Free shipping for orders over £150
  • For orders under £150, a flat £10 shipping fee applies

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate, as we cannot modify or redirect an order once it has been collected from Indira's premises.


Returns & Exchanges for International Orders

We want you to love your Indira jewelry. If you change your mind or need a different piece, we've got you covered.

Return Window

  • You can return or exchange an item within 30 calendar days of receiving your package.

Conditions for Return or Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges if the item:

  1. Is returned within 30 days and accompanied by its original warranty certificate dated with your purchase.
  2. Is in unused condition, with no signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
  3. Includes all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
⚠️ Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Gifts & Gift Cards

  • If you received a piece of jewelry as a gift and prefer something else, we’ll gladly offer an exchange for another product of similar value.
  • Gift cards or vouchers are non-refundable.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Refunds are made via the original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs

  • For international returns or exchanges, the shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
  • We offer a flat rate of £10 per return shipment. This will be deducted from your refund or invoiced if it’s an exchange.

Multiple Returns Policy

To maintain fairness and sustainability, we reserve the right to refuse multiple returns from the same customer if they appear excessive or abusive.
