The pearl necklace seems shorter than the length in the description — is that normal?
Yes, that's perfectly normal. On a new necklace, the pearls are strung very tightly, so the piece may appear shorter than the listed size. Gently stretch the necklace to measure it correctly — the pearls naturally relax on the string with wear. It is not a defect.
How is the gift packaged and what does the order include?
Every order includes a warranty certificate that attests to the authenticity of the materials and stones. Gold jewelry comes in a velvet box, packaging designed to be gifted directly. This way, the gift arrives ready, without needing anything extra.
How long does delivery take, and can I return it if it doesn't fit?
Courier delivery usually takes 1–3 business days. You have 30 days to return or exchange from receipt, more than the legal minimum. For jewelry received as a gift, the same window applies, with presentation of the warranty certificate.
