FAQ
Which natural stones can I find in your earrings?
The most loved are earrings with moonstone (Valery, Keira, Serene styles), followed by labradorite, turquoise, amethyst, rose quartz, and natural pearls. Each stone is natural and one of a kind: the shade, inclusions, and play of light vary from piece to piece, so your earrings won’t be identical to anyone else’s.
Why does moonstone sometimes look cloudy or milky?
That soft, misty sheen that floats inside the stone is called adularescence and is the hallmark of authentic moonstone — not a flaw. When movement catches the light, a blue-silver flash appears. Likewise, labradorite has its own blue-green play of reflections, called labradorescence.
How are the stones set?
You’ll find them in various settings: cuff (which hugs the edge of the ear, like the Valery style), petite huggies that sit close to the lobe, screw-back studs, or long earrings that let the stone sway. The base is 925 Sterling Silver, also available plated with 14K gold.
What do they pair best with?
Cool stones — moonstone, labradorite, turquoise — shine on silver and rhodium plating, while warmer shades like rose quartz and amethyst pair beautifully with gold plating. As delicate and subtle pieces, they wear wonderfully on their own or alongside a necklace with the same stone for a coordinated look.
How do I care for earrings with natural stones?
Natural stones are more sensitive than metal. Put your earrings on last when you get dressed, keep them away from perfume, water, and cosmetics, and wipe them with a soft, dry cloth. Moonstone and turquoise, in particular, do not tolerate chemicals. Store them separately to prevent scratching.
Do they come with a certificate of authenticity?
Yes. The stones’ authenticity is ensured through batch-level certification, and every order includes the warranty certificate Indira and careful packaging. That’s how we offer genuine natural stones at an accessible price.
