At this time, we do not offer custom jewelry services. Each piece in our collections is thoughtfully designed to reflect our brand's aesthetics and values.

Yes, please! If you have a design or idea you like, send us a picture or description. Even though we can't create the jewelry specifically for you, we constantly draw inspiration from your ideas and desires for future collections. Who knows? Your design might come to life in our next launch.

Payments

  • How do I pay for Indira jewelry?
    We accept most credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.). Payment can also be made via cash on delivery or bank transfer.
  • Is the website secure?
    Our website uses SSL, ensuring that browsing and purchases are completely secure.

Delivery

  • Where does Indira deliver?
    Our products can be delivered throughout Romania and most EU countries.
  • Who will deliver my package?
    Indira collaborates with FanCourier and Sameday for deliveries within Romania and DHL for international deliveries.
  • What is the delivery cost?
    For orders over 150 GBP, delivery is free. For orders under 150 GBP, the delivery cost is 10 GBP.
  • How long until I receive my package?
    All orders placed before 2 PM on business days are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM are shipped the next business day. Typically, most orders are delivered within 3-7 days. During busy periods (holidays, Black Friday), the delivery time may extend up to 4 days.
  • What can I do if I missed the first delivery attempt?
    For packages delivered by FanCourier that couldn't be handed over, the courier will make a second delivery attempt.
  • Can I track my order's shipping status?
    Of course! For all orders shipped via Fan Courier, you can track the shipping status by checking the AWB in your order history.

Returns

  • Can I return purchased jewelry?
    Yes! We want all our customers to own only jewelry that they are completely delighted with. If the jewelry you purchased doesn't meet your expectations for any reason, you can exchange/return it. All exchanges and returns are subject to a flat shipping fee of 10 GBP.
  • Can I return personalized jewelry?
    Jewelry customized either at the time of purchase or afterward cannot be returned according to the O.U.G. 34/2014: art 16, paragraph c).
  • How do I return Indira jewelry?
    To provide you with a pleasant experience from start to finish, we've created a simple exchange/return process, and in just a few clicks, everything is ready. Complete the return form in your account within 30 days of receiving the jewelry, and we will send a courier to the address you specified to collect the jewelry, and if applicable, bring the replacement jewelry.
  • Do I need to arrange a pickup with a courier for the return?
    No, this is not necessary. The return pickup request is made automatically at the time of the return request, based on your preferences, with pickup or drop-off at easybox.
  • I lost the documents that came with the jewelry, what can I do?
    If the documents received with the jewelry are missing, you can still send the return without them.
  • How do I hand over the package to the courier?
    Products to be returned must be properly packed, both in the jewelry storage box and the delivery box. The package must be sealed, either by packaging it in a delivery envelope or by taping it shut, to prevent the contents from being lost during transport.
  • Do I need to print an AWB for my return?
    The courier will generate an AWB for your package as soon as it is in their possession.
  • When will the courier come to pick up the return?
    Unfortunately, the courier company does not offer the option to schedule return pickups from customers. Couriers are responsible for managing this aspect.
  • How will I receive a refund for the returned order?
    For orders paid by credit card or bank transfer, the refund will be made to the same account from which the payment was made. For orders paid by cash on delivery, you will need to provide your bank details in IBAN format to receive the refund in your account.
  • How long will it take to receive my refund?
    We will refund the amount paid for the jewelry as soon as we have them back in our possession. The processing of the transfer can vary depending on the bank from one day to 4-5 days.

Materials

  • What materials do you use to make Indira jewelry?

    When it comes to silver, the only alloy we use is 925. Our range also includes many silver pieces plated with Rose, Yellow, or Rhodium. These additional materials give the jewelry unique features, from the distinctive appearance in the case of Gold to added resistance to wear for Rhodium.

    You will often find semiprecious stones in our products. These are always natural and of the highest quality, which you can verify by observing the small particularities of each piece of jewelry. Thus, you will receive something unique whenever you choose semiprecious stones.

    Additionally, among the materials we use is gold. Whether solid or just plated, this material is particularly resistant to external factors and wear.
  • Will silver jewelry oxidize?
    Silver, no matter how much it is treated or well cared for, will show signs of oxidation sooner or later. If you notice signs of this process on your jewelry's surface, it is not a cause for concern, but a completely normal reaction. A simple jewelry cloth will successfully remove any residue.
